Interestingly once the details were spelled out on what would constitute an appropriate/legitimate Public Option, there was surprising agreement in the benefits of such a program (Medicare for All), when the fog of Corporate propaganda was dissected and dismissed through intelligent discourse. Though some were purely ideological, and were clearly fearful of change, others became rational and amenable to the simple reason of fact when carefully explained. This conversation clearly demonstrates this point. I oppose the Baucus Grassley Bill which is an Insurance Industry concoction of the worst order... This Senate Bill preferred by Rahm, is as deplorable morally and reprehensible ethically as are the "Corporatist" designs upon which it was authored. BAD for the ordinary citizen while GUARANTEEING even FATTER Profits for the INSURANCE Industry!
