GTA4 playing on the Celeron Dual-Core at 3GHz with Sapphire HD3870 512MB DDR4 Core @ 808MHz MEM @ 2400MHz. Edit: With patch 1.0.2 and Windows 7 beta build i got average 30-35 FPS now which doesn't depend on where I currently am. Render q.: highest Textures: Medium (high doesn't make low fps but bugs when moving camera). Shadows: medium Shadow density: 8 View density: 85 Detail distance: 25 Vehicle density: 100 Reflection and water q.: high
