Winnipeg, Canada This footage taken during the last week of July. After heavy activity during spring, the aerosol campaign in Winnipeg has been light throughout July, except for some strange activity around sunset.. I am looking for some focus groups that can maybe sit and chat for a bit. The goal would be to determine the best way to get "scientific" evidence that would help bolster some of the "chemtrail" theories. It's a difficult hurdle to overcome.
