The Red Friday event at the Chiefs training facility by Arrowhead Stadium on September 18, 2009. The crowd was much larger this year from last, but last year's was much better. in 1963 I was selling programs at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas before the games outside, and inside during the games in 1963. That year the Dallas Texans won the AFL Championship against the Houston Oilers. It was the longest game in football history up to that point. The following year the Texans moved to Kansas City an become the Kansas City Chiefs. I'm a Chiefs fan as long as they are NOT playing the Dallas Cowboys, America's team. I still have two old programs from those days signed by Len Dawson. The games were against the Denver Broncos and the New York Titans. So anytime a Chief's fan gives me a bad time about being a Cowboys fan, all I tell them is to tell their team to go back where they started. Oh yes....they were born in Dallas, Texas.
