London: 3 April 2009 Im still editing my footage from last week, so as a treat, after todays editing session it is off to the Galaxy British Book Awards at the Grosvenor House HoteI. It was a tickets only affair so I was lucky to get in. Was on the red-carpet fanline this evening just in time to catch the cavalcade of stars attending this Oscars of the book world. Bentley was sponsoring the event so the stars arrived in that firms swish cars. There was a very dapper gentleman from the PR company welcoming everyone and being very communicative with the fans, telling them whats going on and making sure the stars get some time with the fans. Much appreciated. Fans were lucky tonight and had a great time catching poses, autographs and brief chats with their idols.
