Ch. 12 Date: 2-18-09 Time: 6:20pm Place: Pop Star Editors Space At Rise: Sharon arrives late for her interview Angel: sorry Im late (looks at the clock to see she was 20 minutes late) traffic, was insane Christina: you drive yourself? Angel: no, no my uh. Personal driver, he was going nuts in the limo Christina: umm, ok, uh we are running behind schedule so lets get started, take a seat Angel: (takes a seat) wow, you have such a cool office Christina: thanks, we just had all the rooms in the building remodeled Angel: awesome (she watches the editor pull out her recorder) Christina: so lets start with you, tell me about yourself Angel: well,*let me see if I know enough about her* I was born April 5th— Christina: yeah we all know your life story, Im talking about the real deal Angel. Weve all heard the stories about you and how you were discovered. Lets dig deep here Angel: ok, what do you want to know? Christina: just give me some juicy secrets about you and uh your life Angel: when does this go out? Christina: uh, soon, like, tomorrow. Its sort of last minute so we need to make this quick Angel: well, Im sort of an, *shell thank me for this* outgoing kind of person, I know it may seem like Im some sort of crazy, rude idiotic crazed super model like the world thinks me to be but Im not, Christina: oh? Angel: Im mean really, the world takes me as some lousy, immature girl like the super model version ofLindsay Lohan. Christina: so you misunderstood? Angel: sometimes I just want to be accepted *should I mention this* I mean this one time I was with my cousin. Sharon and we were both trying out for cheerleading. She made the squad but I didnt. I was a total dork in middle school and what Im going through right now reminds me of what I had to deal with today Christina: Wow, the truth is spilled out (writes down her notes) Angel: wait, is this word for word going to be published, I dont wan— Christina: please, this stuff is absolutely confidential, its all sugar coded before we send it Angel: oh (sigh of relief). Christina: So, you just wanted to be treated seriously? Angel: it would be nice, my cousin can be really annoying and not make sense half the time she is speaking but truthfully she has a lot of potential to be more than some just teen model Christina: what do you mean your cousin? Angel: oh *Im screwed* I meant me, not the annoying part, just my cousin who can be that way, I get carried away sometimes Christina: I can tell (chuckles and writes down some more notes) ok, so lets get to the topic everyone is dying to know get the juicy details, David Angel: Huh? Christina: David, Archuleta, your bf, Angel: what about him Christina: well, we all know your little fling with David Archuleta, but whats really the scoop, what really behind Dangel Angel:*Dangel? What the crap, oh, celeb names* Oh, *man, I dont want to tell them that she hates them* We uh have been going through a little rough patch but we are totally together. Hes been nothing but sweet to me and always a gentleman, we are practically in love Christina: love is such a strong word dont you think? Angel: well, nothing can really describe how we feel about each other (phone rings) thats probably him right now, we are always texting and calling each other during our busy schedules, drives our people crazy, I have to take this (goes out the room) ******Angel and Sharon******* Angel: hey, Im in the middle of something Sharon: Hows the interview? Angel: how about I tell you about it when Im done, which isnt now, bye (about to hang up the phone) Sharon: wait!!! What is he asking you? Angel: she, is asking me a lot of questions which I havent really finished answering yet, so if I can just call you— Sharon: no, you have to make sure that you are answering these questions with caution Angel: oh please, she is super nice, Im sure shell make it all work Sharon: I dont remember the editor being a woman Angel: well, there is I have to go, bye (hangs up the phone and walks back in the room). ***************
