The second Gym Leader of Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire; Brawly. His team consists of a Machop at Level 17 and a Makuhita at Level 18. If you're playing Sapphire, you'll have a very easy time with Brawly. Catch a Sableye in the Granite Cave and you'll do fine. It completely walls Machop, and Makuhita can only hit it with Knock Off, which does low damage, even with Sableye's medicore defenses. For Ruby owners, your best bet is to look for an Abra in the Granite Cave and train it until it evolves. As for Brawly's Pokemon, they aren't really all that tough, although Bulk Up can beef them up a bit, so make sure to take them down quick. Brawly also has two Super Potions, so try to KO the Pokemon when it's in the yellow zone so he doesn't heal it.
