The Exile govt.. of Dalai lama which is based in Dharamsala openly accused millions of sincere Shugden Practitioners as terrorist or Chinese agents.Tibetan youth Organization, Tibetan Women Organization, Tibetan Monasteries and even Tibetan Health department are openly abusing and discriminate shugden Practitioners in India as well in west.
