Rather than being in the Fight Area, he will be in the Survival Area instead in this special edition. You still get to challenge him only on Saturdays and Sundays. There are 3 phases of this last rival battle in Pokemon Platinum. In this first and basic phase, his Pokemon range from Levels 59-65.
