Very recently credit Card interest rates have risen dramatically, more than doubling in some cases. We are in the midst of a huge economic crisis and any money consumers spend to pay off credit card interest rate debt is NOT going to be spent on stimulating the economy. Lets prevent a National Bankruptcy crisis like the Subprime Mortgage Crisis by either: 1) Instituting an Economic Emergency National Usury Rate - say 12% or so, or; 2) Roleback the Fed Reserves July 2010 Regulation to make them retroactively valid for January 1, 2009 (see http://www.federalreserve.gov/newsevents/press/bcreg/20081218a.htm) Contact your Senator and House Representative. https://writerep.house.gov/writerep/welcome.shtml http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm
