Cube Connector is designed to facilitate the creation and maintenance of Cognos 8 PowerCube datasource connections. Users can simply specify a directory where PowerCubes exist and map all respective .mdc files to a datasource in Cognos. Similar to PowerPlay Enterprise Server (in the Series 7 days), any / all PowerPlay cubes can easily be added to Cognos Connection through this simple interface.
