A video of 8 different instant inductions, and some phenomenon at the end. Volunteers are my friends Amanda, Devon, and Lindsay, as all introduced in the video, and Kaitlin, who you don't see, as the photographer. For beginners, here are the inductiosn in order of "power", or fail proof...niss. Some instants are more powerful than others: 1. Suggestion Handshake (Has never failed once. Every single person, ewhether first timer or hypnotized before. And this also worked when i was new.) 2. Arm Catalepsy 3.Butterfly fingers 4. Hand clasp 5. Confusion 6. Hand to face 7. Arm Pull 8. 8 word (not powerful, but quick, and a great for people who have been tized before) 1st: Suggestion Handshake -Adding on to what i said, it's important to build up a "yes-set", basically the person saying "yes" so many times it becomes natural to agree with embedded or not so embedded commands. Thus, all the build up, this will happen, i do this. -Slow down the shakes on the 3rd set, to encourage the mind to slow down, and encourage expectation. -Pull when you see the person's features relax, or when you notice a difference in skin tone, this implies light trance already. 2nd: Arm Pull -Pull about when the person tries to pull away from the handshake for best effect. -Keep eye contact. This applies to all inductions really. 3rd: Hand to face -Test receptibility with commands to focus, relax, and lock, as well to encourage that "yes-set" to suggestions, then as you tell them that their hand will move forward, push it a bit. -Push their hand to their face at the last minute and say sleep for an even better effect than just letting them do it on their own. 4th: Butterfly fingers -Make sure they are following your fingers on the side to side before going up then down. 5th: Arm Catalepsy -Hypnotic language is ESSENTIAL HERE. Here's the prompts you need to know: You might notice ___ It's as if ___ You can ___ As you __ you __ the more you __ the more you __ insert embedded commands at the blanks. Also, know the 4 words of power, or connectors, as, and, because, and means to connect suggestions. 6th: Hand clasp -Covered most techniques here, don't go into trance until is essential unless you have a special fast case, which means they respond well to suggestions in the first place. 7th: 8 word -Not nessecerily 8 words, make sure you press up on their hand to encourage focus and pressing, and build expectation. 8th:Confusion: -Make sure they are at that point where they are asking "what the heck are you doing" with their body language and facial expression. Devon told me, about when i said Sleep, she was about to say "Make up your mind, god!" Some general instant tips: -Confidence. I cannot say this enough. YOU MUST KNOW IT WILL WORK. You are the hypnotist, they are the subject, they will go into trance. -Deepeners. You MUST go straight itno a deepener and NOT hesitate or else the subject will emerge. -Rapport. Already said most of the concepts, but i'd google building rapport and matching and mirroing just to learn the techniques. Phenomenon: This only shows catalepsy, but these wills till help you with just about any phenomenon, whether amnesia, catalepsy, hallucinations, etc. -Hypnotic language. Go buy or *cough* get ahold of a street hypnosis deck like the zebu cards or salad deck. 52 hypnotic language prompts you need. -Keep commands in the positive. Words like don't, not, can't, should never be used. You cannot move your hand should be replaced with You are unable to move your hand or It's as if your hand is stuck. -Make sure there is a benefit. Relaxation usually. Just make sure the subjects are comfertable.
