Kennedy in 1963) made an NBC-TV appearance on Johnny Carson's "Tonight Show". Carson put all comedy on the sidelines that January night and asked some good, solid questions of this conspiracy-happy nutjob named Garrison. Many people think Johnny was unfair or rude toward Garrison during this nearly-hour-long interview. But that's just simply not true. Carson was totally fair with Garrison, but John wasn't bound to just let Garrison spout off his unsupportable conspiracy-tinged nonsense without challenging Jimbo's crackpot "5-shooter" and "Gunman Firing From The Sewer" claims.
