Attention! Please read this! I don't normally show my face here as it is not about me, but about the guitars I am showing. But I felt compelled to talk about how God healed my hands...the intense pain in my fingers...one night recently in church and thought it appropriate to show myself for this one. I have filmed a few "events" outside the guise of my normal line of "work" and will post them shortly as well...one was playing for my kids classes and the other was playing at my churches Fall Festival outreach this past Saturday (Oct. 24th) in the park...this one was my most intense "live looping" to date...Drums on my Acoustic, Acoustic guitar, Acoustic Bass, and Electric guitar playing over all that including some dueling Electric and Acoustic guitars at the end...all me playing but all glory goes to God for giving me the ability and ideas as I had nothing planned or rehearsed. Anyways, regarding my instantaneous (miraculous...super-natural) healing, my pastor said "I want everyone to raise their hands to God...not in a religious way...and to accept a healing from Him in Jesus name". I have to say I've been prayed over plenty of times and have had quite a few miracles worked in my life...too many to mention here, but I have been kind of depressed over the pain and have had pain in my life for over 25 years so I have learned to deal with it and know that God will always help me to survive and help me to deal with it. A week before this took place, someone saw me in the hall and wanted to shake my hand and I hadn't been doing that for several months because the pain was so intense...I couldn't even hold hands with the person next to me in the prayer portion before the service...I would put out a few fingers and keep my pinky and ring fingers from being touched...anyways...he said how he believed God was going to heal it and take away the pain and I think I said something like "yeah, right" under my breath...and felt convicted on the spot...but that is where I was and how I felt...anyway, it is now about 2 months later and even the residual stiffness is pretty much all gone. I went from excruciating pain to healed in a matter of seconds. If you are still reading this, KNOW that God loves you...and He will prove it to you beyond doubt or question if you seek Him and ask him to. You don't need to go to church...it is not about religion...it is about having a personal relationship with Jesus...who died for our sins...and rose again victorious over death (not a beaten, bloody pulp like died on that cross) and He still lives...and was seen by hundreds of people after his death...people willing to go to their own deaths to spread this story and to start the church regardless of the persecutions they faced...so that you...or anyone you know...might find peace and purpose here on earth...and salvation. All you need is a Bible...write me if you don't have one and have no way to get one...my God will provide! Read the book of John...it changed my life for the better (and most people would have said I was blessed anyways...but I didn't have peace). God really does love you and cares about you regardless of your sins or circumstances. There IS rest for the weary. He could change YOUR circumstances and give YOU hope for a better future as well.
