In episode one of SEASON FOUR PREMIER: MEET THE INTERN LEARN WHAT DANA LEARNS! NEW MUSIC: by Thrasher Creative BRIAN BRADLEY, on iTunes now: JUPITER|IN|JANUARY: "Wake Up, Shine" Hey! Im Dana aka the intern at Thrasher Funds. Im going to be a senior at Cornell University next year (but Im actually not that nerdy). Well maybe Im a little nerdy because Im interested in psychology, economics, and Im also a nationally ranked fencer. Basically I can kick you ass with a sword (we actually call it a foil)! I also love fashion and music, and think JP is a genius for integrating all of these cool things with Finance & Investing; making something that seems really boring, interesting and cool. Im really excited about interning with Thrasher this summer, which so far has been awesome! Once I heard about Thrasher Funds and checked out their website, I decided I was definitely going to get involved with the company. So I crashed their party at the Grace Hotel (which was pretty sick by the waypeople were swimming in the pool with clothes on and my friends and I were sipping Belvedere in the sauna). Anyway, not only do I not have to wear ugly, boring Banana Republic suits to work, but I get to learn a lot about money and work on filming Thrasher Television videos about my experience of learning about money and being an intern. I know at most jobs no one gives a shit about the interns (they typically just go on coffee runs and pick up dry cleaning anyway), but I think its really cool to see things from an interns perspective and learn with them (one that actually gets to work with the CEO and work on fun projects). I mean who hasnt interned, right? In The Intern youll also get to meet some of my friends (but not like The Hills), get their view on money and various issues affecting the next generation of investors, and watch us go to bars in the city (obviously). You definitely should checkout The Intern which will be on the website soon (hopefully I wont embarrass myself too badly). That's all for now. Keep watching.
