John McCain claims to have his hands on the economy, but then says it is Wall Street's fault that things went bad. He claims to have the best judgment of the two candidates, then picks Sarah Palin after meeting her once, tossing out his real preferences to keep from having to argue with his own party. He claims he is the most experienced for the job of President, but can't complete a complex sentence or keep track of more than one thing at a time. The last time I checked, the job of President required a lot of multi-tasking and concentration skills. McCain lacks these, as well as other necessary skills of control of temperament, ability to empathize with his constituents, communication basic skills, and a host of others. The bottom line. He has had 26 years to make a mark in this country's government and has not done so. He has been-there, done-that and we don't need another old-style politician in the new-America we seek. If we wanted someone who could tell a joke every now and then on Saturday Night Live SNL, we'd have picked Tina Fey as VP and definitely not John Sydney McCain as prez. That joke is too real to be funny. I personally want the smartest guys in the room running this country, not two flunkies who fell at the bottom of their class and had no ambition for political leadership until accidentally falling upon it later in life. That isn't inspiring me that they have it in their soul to fix our country. To them, it is a prize to be won, not a responsibility to be owned. When the Republicans screwed up this country over the past 8 years, John McCain was a part of the party that did that, and they deserve to answer for it. In the video, he states in 1999 he helped to de-regulate all of Wall Street. Is it a coincidence that we are where we happen to find ourselves today? With HIM blaming WALL STREET instead of HIS OWN ACTIONS to give them free reign without regulations?!! Please! Even if it is simply the fact that John McCain did 'everything in his power to get George Bush elected', he deserves to pay for just that terrible act, among many, many more votes supporting Bush policies along the way. Time for change in America.
