Dear Toyota, I wrote you on June 30, 2009 regarding the problems I have when it rains on my Toyota RAV4. Prior to this e-mail I wrote to you about this same problem on June 22, 2009. Today on July 2, 2009 I received an e-mail that said, "Your file, bearing case number 1356003, is being sent to our Review team and pending the outcome of our review with your dealership, you may expect a call back from either a member of our Review Team or your Dealership's Service Manager." Ten days to tell me that you are finally sent my case somewhere? May expect a call? You mean don't hold my breath? I wrote in my latest correspondence to Toyota, "I tried to send the video of my Toyota with water in it but it said that your host won't accept it, that it was too big. Do you have an FTP site I can upload it to or I could post it on You Tube and you could see it there." In true fashion, you wrote back but never really answered any of my 100 questions that I put forth, nor did I receive a call as I requested. Here is the video that I promised, that was shot on June 30, 2009 after it rained overnight here in Alberta. This is the second time that I have had to vacuum water out of the front passenger side. On June 22, 2009 my wife almost drowned the getting into the car. At least, I learnt that she is not a good swimmer and thank the Lord she is 5'11"!!! Please get back to me soon...the skies are starting to cloud up again! UPDATE: July 3, 2009...it rained again last night...you guessed it...there was more rain water on the passenger side floorboards. I took a video of this as well...do you want to see this or do you believe me? No contact from anyone at Toyota today and it is now the weekend. Hrumph...
