If this sounds like an exaggeration look at it a little closer. Bureaucracy , Profit and Tort reform are in the way of cheaper health care in America. It seems so easy for America to be heartless to it's poor and uninsured, they breath the same dirty air, eat the same nutrient deficient foods and get the same maladies as the rest the American population and yet their vote does not count, their needs are glossed over and ignored. Whether the foot, the hand or the head the body of America needs help.
