This is my take on how to read the Nutrition Facts Label on food products. I hope this video will help those who don't know how to read it (I was one). Enjoy the video! DISCLAIMER + NOTES: Okay this video was made BASED on a US FDA 2k calorie diet. It does not recommend a 2k diet for everyone, because everyone are different, based on consumption, weight etc. So choose accordingly, in fact here's a website to help you out on the rightful amount of nutrients calories, etc www.mypyramid.gov In the video I'm pretty sure i said "BASED", but somebody pointed out I said otherwise.
