We have reached the 21st century, and we have not made the progress as a society we had hoped for. As a result, the government implements a program to kill off those with debilitating diseases who are impeding on this progress. One candidate for the program, number designation B-93, manages to escape the confines the government keeps him in. This movie is a silent made on 16mm film, not video as I have made my other films on. The digital transfer came out dark, so some of it may be hard to see.
