From episode "Animals Strike Back" "IT'S SHAMU, THE KILLER WHALE!!!". At a tank, one of Shamu's trainers has just finished riding her back. As she blows her whistle for the whale to stop, Shamu goes insane and attacks the trainer and grabs her leg with her mouth. Sorry for the jumpy video quality.
