US Navy Blue Angels Aerial Performance 2009 NAS Oceana Airshow Naval Air Station Oceana Virginia Beach, Virginia Saturday October 17, 2009 IN THIS VIDEO, you will see the six demonstration pilots march out to their aircraft and then take to the skies to fly what I call an ultra-flat show performance because the ceilings were BARELY at the minimums. It amazed me that the Blue Angels even got to fly on Saturday, as I expected them not to fly. I apologize for any bad color and/or vertical lines that may or may not be in this video. Once again, I have had some camera trouble throughout the weekend. It was also very windy, but I think I did well with the camera concerning the fact that it was, for the most part, cold, rainy, and windy for the entire weekend.
