Part 9 - My detailed discussion of Windows Mobile 6.5 interface, TouchFLO 3d 2.5 (Manila 2.5 - coming out on HTC Leo), programs, features and applications on my HTC T-Mobile Touch Pro2. Additional info in here, how to install CAB files on the Touch Pro2. CAB files are applications or programs, The "CAB" comes from the extension that is to the right of the file name. Such as fmradio.cab I install a CAB file, Netflix Mobile. I also go over File Explorer folder/subfolder creation and naming conventions. This operating system (ROM) is available for free from a developer on XDA. This one is called "energyROM" by a talented developer named NRGZ28. This version has the 09 21 2009 date in the file name. Go to www.thewingster.com for further info and to download it. Here is the specific page on TheWingster site: http://thewingster.com/NRGZ28.aspx The procedure to get this OS on your Touch Pro2 is called "flashing." While it is an easy process it can be scary your first time. Coming soon: my video on how to flash your T-Mobile Touch Pro2.
