This film is a product of the 5th annual A/V Swap in Houston TX. The Swap works like this. Film-makers are asked to submit a video that has no sound-track. At the same time, musicians are invited to submit an audio track that has no video. These works are then traded off to other artists who will finish the work. In other words, some other person unknown to the filmmaker, supplies a sounds track; at the same time that some film-maker unknown to the musician supplies a visual. Both the musician and film-maker do not see the finished work until the public viewing The graphics of this piece were created by me (David Courtney). In this piece I was trying to make a very clear political statement concerning the unthinkable level of greed and criminality exhibited by the political institutions in the US over the last few years. This video was taken, and audio added by the group "Thousands". This is the finished product.
