We are a nation of heroes when faced with adversity Every day people extraordinary deeds No greater love than when one lays down his life Live free or die a heros creed. We salute our first responders...some paid with their lives To save those...in harm's way Photographs and memories are all we have left Of loved ones...lost that day Our nation responded determined not to yield To terrorists...far away and near We're fighting for freedom...on distant battle fields So we may live without fear. We are a nation of heroes when faced with adversity Every day people extraordinary deeds No greater love than when one lays down his life Live free or die a heros creed.
