Join Bill, Pat and Kevin on the investigation, live and... err... Anyway, the UFO Hunters team are now on the game. I modelled them using what the game has. Currently, no additional modding tools were used. When the tools arrive, I'll be making some adjustments like Bill Birnes' UFO Magazine hat, etc. This will do for now. It comes with an modern house marvel which I built based on a Sims 2 modern house design from a website, with an indoor swimming pool, 3 car garages, 3-floor house, 3 room, 2 shower rooms for the swimming pool and 1 bathroom. I can't make a really perfect face of Bill, Pat or Kevin because of game limitations, this will do for now. Sims 3 is really cool to share content with other sims gamers anywhere. Note: This is a fan-based personal UFO Hunters creation, not an official one. UFO Hunters is copyrighted to the History Channel. The Sims 3 is copyrighted to EA and Maxis. I just want to share what I have created on the game. You are welcome to edit the house but please ask permission before distributing it. Extract the file using WinRAR or any zip extracting utility softwares like WinZIP to any temporary folder. 2.
