It was incorporated in 2007 with the help of Attorney David Gundling and CPA Thomas Taylor.  The organization has a network of service partners in 16 schools in Georgetown County, with expansion expected to include all 19 this September.     Assistance requests come from school nurses and guidance counselors. A network of clothing and medical providers is in place to assist children in the midst of a family crisis.  Most are young children. We are thankful to be there as the occasions present themselves," Pelletier said. We do not photograph children for publicity purposes. In fact, no one in our organization has ever seen a child it has helped.  An identification number supplied by school nurses, guidance counselors or DSS is used for demographic tracking purposes.     Pelletier said Glenda Baker Taylor, a director,  organized a shopping network to respond to childrens needs.  There are many other things these kids need from shoes to underwear,  he said. "We are there to help children in need when no one else is there--one child at a time. Officers and board members appreciate Father Pat Stenson and staff at Precious Blood of Christ Church for providing facilities and equipment for the event.   www.stchristopherschildren.org Video, photos and story by Lloyd Mackall, Public Relations and Digital Imagery Based in Wachesaw East Plantation, 9 Palmetto Place, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576  843-651-4610
