The video was shown during her appearance on David Letterman, somewhere around '95 (as she mentioned being 25 yrs. old during the interview). I captured this from my own VHS copy of the televised broadcast from back in the day. :) For the higher quality video and audio version, add &fmt=18 to the end of the URL.
