This is the final power level guide, in this one you should be a fairly high level if not it shouldnt matter, but you must know how to Item Dupe ( Use Thief to double ), Inherit Skills, and Reverse Pirate. With this you will go into Reverse Pirate to steal Kill and subdue Statisticians Make sure you use a weapon or Item that has High Pop with Low Residents such as 0/8 or 2/8 or so on. Item Dupe all Statisticians and combine them until you have them maxed at 300, from there keep making them and placing them in your armor or weapons. Statisticians will add a major increase on your experience, which will level you faster. I also forgot to mention I have my Monster Strength Bills Maxed, and I use HoO4. You can increase levels by the Hundreds with this method. goodluck!
