~Normal POV~ Joe reached the top of the stairs and begin to feel the palms of his hands sweat, he stopped, almost turning around and going right back home, but he knew this had to be dealt with. Shaking off his nerves, he walked over to Tess' bedroom door, it was left open just a little bit, and he couldn't resist but to peek in first. He saw a body walking back and forth in the room, it was Tess, she had a pair of dark blue flare leg jeans on, her hair soaking wet hair wrapped in a towel, only, she had no top or bra on. Joe could see her bare back, droplets of water running down it. He couldn't move, his mouth hanging open as he continued staring at her. He wanted her more than ever at that exact moment and he knew that getting over her was going to be harder than he thought. Instead of knocking, he just stood in the hallway watching her, biting his lip, hoping to catch a fast glimpse at her naked front. Tess bent over and began drying her hair, unaware that Joe was here, looking at her, falling more in love with her. Joe watched her, knowing it was wrong but unable to look away. He stared at Tess as her body swayed side to side to the movement of her drying her hair. She finally stood up and started to turn around causing Joe to nearly jump out of his shoes trying to get out of sight. She walked over to the bags near the door and pulled out a bra and black tank top, throwing it on as Joe stood in the hallway, more confused than ever. Joe-"Damn! Damn! Damn! what the fuck am I supposed to do?", he asked himself, trying to whisper and not be loud, Joe-" I can't just stop loving her, damn, but I know I have to, but I don't want to",he confessed to himself, ???-"So you DO LOVE me?!! how long were you standing there??". a voice asked, Joe stopped talking as his jaw dropped and his whole body froze out of surprise. There was complete silence for what seemed like was forever but was just a few moments. Joe-"uumm, not long", he answered finally, and slowly turned around to face her. Tess-"oh.........JOE!!! you watched me get dressed didn't you??!!!!!", she snapped, turning red with embarassment and anger. She threw her hands up and walked back into her empty bedroom, confused but also feeling nervous to face him too. Joe quickly followed her into her room, grasping her arm firmly and spinning her around, Tess-"What?!!", she snapped at him, more afraid than angry at what he was about to say. Joe stared at her, not saying a word. Then in a flash of a second he pulled her into his body, pressing his soft wet lips up against hers, wrapping her up in his muscular arms, she could feel his chest against hers, it was rock hard and sculpted, giving her butterflies. She breathed in his alluring cologne. The same one she would smell from a distance was now a few inches from her face. Everytime she would smell it now, she would remember this kiss.He ran his fingers through her damp, wet locks, not believing what was happening at that exact moment. He peeked at her with one eye open, looking at his dazed bestfriend, who he had been wanting to kiss for the past couple days.He smiled and closed his eyes again, kissing her gently as he slipped his tongue in her mouth, caressing hers with his, then, just as quickly as it started, it ended with Tess pulling away. She fought back tears of shame and guilt, yelling, Tess-"Oh My GOD!! I'm soo sorry-", Joe-"No!! No!! No!! it's ok-", Tess-"Not you!! Nick!! Oh My God!! I Just Kissed His Brother!! You!!", she yelled back, feeling extremely guilty but, surprisingly, non-regretful. Joe-"what??!! Tess, I know you and Nick have this, this, thing, but I love you too, I'm sorry, but I don't want you two together!!", he confessed, while trying to put his arms back around her to no success. Tess-"NOOO! Joe! DON'T SAY THAT!! PLEASE!!", she cried as he again, fought to wrap her up into his arms, he too, crying. Joe-"I LOVE YOU, I THOUGHT I COULD FIGHT THIS FEELING BUT I CAN'T!!", he continued, confessing his love for her. She finally gave up and collapsed into his arms, sobbing. He wrapped her petite body up in his arms once more, nearly overlapping them. Tess-"Joe!! it's not that I don't want you, to love me, you can't!! this will destroy your brother!! the band!! Please don't hold me responsible for that, please don't!!", she begged, clutching him tighter. Tess-"Joe, your family will be torn apart because of me, don't do that to me, to you, PLEASE!!", she cried as he slowly let go, tears streaming down his face. There was almost complete silence in the room, except for the sounds of their stuttered breathing as they both tried to calm down. He nodded, taking one last glance at her, before putting his head down in heartbreak. He quickly left before another word can be said. theres ch.13, next 1 will be up in a few days(Ch 14 pt 1)
