PayPal is a shit company apparently it is a BANK! woohooo, well that's great. It doesn't mean they won't a) freeze your account without warning b) keep you on some shitty IVR system that doesn't work c) Reverse funds without your permission d) move the goalposts constantly. They tell you one thing then go and do another, this conversation was long, so I didn't include it. But if you are thinking of using PayPal for business then seriously look elsewhere. They moved their offices to Luxembourg in Europe just to avoid legal cases in the UK. The stupid fake French people gave them a banking license the daft basterds. That's like giving Satan the key the the virgin's dormitory.
