A series of possible grades and moods for a film I'm writing off an old idea I had, known as "Scraps of Hope". It follows a small band of teenagers who have survived nuclear bombings and conventional bombings and an invasion. Their struggles involve keeping warm, getting enough food, avoiding patrolling soldiers and interpersonal dealings with one another all while trying to process and come to terms with the loss of everything. I've wanted to make this into a film for a long time but haven't had the tools. I still don't have all the tools I need to really do it justice (Adobe Production Suite) but I'm on my way to getting that so I'm starting some early tests with an After Effects demo. At this point the film could or could not be made. Really pending.
