For the first time,the Greek Foreign Minister Dora Bakoyannis has made clear in public which names Athens would accept to resolve its 15 year long dispute with the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Greece is threatening to veto the accession to NATO of its northern neighbour, unless the dispute over its name can be settled. Mrs Bakoyannis told the BBC that Greece would accept either New or Upper Macedonia. The Former Yugoslav Republic is hoping to be invited to join NATO tomorrow during a summit in Bucharest. Before heading to Bucharest,Mrs Bakoyannis spoke to Malcolm Brabant.He asked her how she was going to convince NATO allies that Greece was not being unreasonable."
