Shockwave Jet Truck Race Bill Leff 2009 NAS Oceana Airshow Naval Air Station Oceana Virginia Beach, Virginia Saturday October 17, 2009 IN THIS VIDEO, you will see Bill Leff fly for the THIRD TIME on Saturday - this time challenging Kent Shockley to a race with the Shockwave Jet Truck. The runway was dry enough to allow a high speed run to safely occur and watch to see who wins this race... I apologize for any bad color and/or vertical lines that may or may not be in this video. Once again, I have had some camera trouble throughout the weekend. It was also very windy, but I think I did well with the camera concerning the fact that it was, for the most part, cold, rainy, and windy for the entire weekend.
