this is an ad for sunsoft's Fester's Quest. and to be honest, contrary to the review done by the Angry Video Game Nerd, this game isn't that bad. it's got overhead zelda like gameplay crossed with the 3-D maze gameplay of games like Golgo 13: Top Secret Episode and some portions of Sega's Sword of Vermillion
